Stick to you habits and the comfort of handwriting: Actinote Integrated Solution Suite (AISS), conceived by ACTIMAGE, based on Anoto Digital Pen technology, is a modular and flexible solution for the digitalization of handwritten information.

Your fill out your forms as usual with a digital pen. Your handwritten information is saved, stored and secured. You then authorize the transfer of the information towards the AISS rooting service where it will be treated. It will match the user, their pen, and the form that was filled in before sending the information to the correct server (AISS form processing servers). Our solution automatically converts your data to a numerical format that can easily be integrated in your information system, where it can then be exploited straight away.  

Mobility in every situation

AISS offers a solution both on the road and in the office. As soon as a document or a form is filled in, the data can be transferred by the digital pen through Bluetooth to a mobile device.
ACTIMAGE, through a close partnership with RIM, producer of the BlackBerry®, offer a smart combination between the AISS platform and the Blackberry solution. It guaranties the confidentiality of the information.

Adaptability

Two versions exist to adapt to your working environment:
  • The Starter edition allows the user to complete forms and to make the information available immediately to their company.  The information is transmitted in a graphical format without handwriting recognition.
  • The Enterprise Edition offers all the handwriting recognition software and form options. The information is either sent to a validation portal or made immediately available in the information system after treatment and handwriting recognition.

Actinote Unique Print

Actinote Unique Print allows the printing of prefilled forms; you complete some areas on your forms automatically using data from your ERP or CRM before printing. AISS combines in a unique document the prefilled and the handwritten information.
